Interesting analogy. With a little polish, this would be very good.

I like Jasmine tea too, though I suppose my tea bags are mass produced rather than made by your sweet family.

This piece made me think of some children I have taught who are sad and lonely. This story in the form of a child's book might be very comforting to him/her.

In the beginning I couldn't see where you where going, but
I like the process of the jasmine flower becoming a refreshing tea, it gave me a picture of God's transforming love being done in the dark stages of our life, so we can be a refresher of others.

I love the title and the joining of your life to that of the jasmine flower. This was simply beautiful.

Your title caught my eye and I had to read on! It's wonderful how simple acts show us a beautiful picture of our Savior.

Very nice. You moved smoothly back and forth. I enjoyed it.

I enjoyed your story. Thanks for sharing it. I was captivated by the title. Enjoyed reading the process the girl went through in helping her family make the tea. Appreciated the analogy of God's healing.
Jasmine is a favourite flower of mine. It reminds me of my daughter in the UK.
Thanks for sharing this beautiful story with us. Keep writing.

Hi Beth. Just wanted to leave a quick note to let you know your entry, "Jasmine Miracle," actually did very well in the Asia Challenge. Although you didn't receive an award, you made it into the Highest Rankings for Level 1, placing 10th in that Level. Competition in Level 1 is always very intense, so well done.

If you'd like to check the highest rankings for yourself, you can find them here:
http://www.faithwriters.com/Boards/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=24717

The highest rankings are posted every Thursday evening on the Message Boards.

You definitely deserve a pat on the back. Well done. With love, Deb (Challenge Coordinator)
