2047-Our 25th Anniversary was better than I could've imagined.
2041-I wanted a divorce. He did, too. We didn't get one.
2028-Our fourth child was on the way.
2017-Our wedding guests told us we were the cutest couple.
2011-I still thought I'd never get married. I have my parents' genes.
2007-My mom got remarried. I thought I'd never get married; she'd gotten married enough for the both of us.
2006-My parents got divorced. Maybe I shouldn't have moved out to go to college.
2003-My parents seemed to be flirting as if they liked each other. Maybe they'd finally get back together.
2000-Mom moved us into town. Dad stayed in the country.
1996-Mama thought I was asleep, but I heard her on the phone saying she'd leave if it weren't for us children.
1994-I didn't know how unfair it was not to see my parents in love.
1993-They tried to work things out.
1992-Dad got drunk and cheated on Mom.
1991-My parents lost common ground.
1985-Mama got saved.
