Waking up to the sound of crashing waves, I didn’t know where I was. Staggering to my feet, I started to sprint away from the beach where I woke up. I didn’t know why I was running but knew there was a reason. Suddenly a flash of light stunned me and sent me flying to the sandy ground. After this flash of light, an image was burned into my mind. The image was of a man with a gun pointing it at me. I had no idea what this meant but I knew this was the reason for running. After a couple miles of running I found the way out of the beach and the way to a local village.
I had no idea what to expect from the people living here but I didn’t want to take any chances. Instead of walking right up to the villagers I snuck along the perimeter of the village, my mistake. Two soldiers caught and beat me then through me into a ditch. Three days in a hole without food or water was not fun. There was only one thing that bothered me, one of the soldiers who through me in the ditch he looked to familiar. He was the one I remembered pointing the gun at me. The more time I spent in the ditch the more I remembered about what happened to me.
S First, I remembered working at a loading dock shipping food and supplies to poor countries. One day while I was working a group of pirates attacked the loading dock looted the supplies and kidnapped all the workers. While we were going back to the pirates base I escaped and jumped off their boat, but hitting the water to hard caused me to lose consciousness. Eventually I washed up on another part of the shore and here I am. Now I am in a ditch without food or water and probably going to die soon. I just wished I didn’t remember anything of that story.
